ARP—Automotive Racing Products—was founded in 1968 by Gary Holzapfel after seeing race engines fail because ordinary fasteners were not up to the job. Drawing on aerospace fastener experience, ARP built its reputation on tightly controlled materials, manufacturing and testing. Today its head studs, main studs, rod bolts, flywheel bolts and specialty fasteners are used throughout professional motorsports and high-horsepower street builds. When a fastener is responsible for keeping critical engine parts together, ARP is one of the first names builders trust.
