RULES:

1) Eligibility:

You must be a current Palm Beach Dyno tuning customer to sign up for the referral program.
The program is open to all active PBD tuning customers who have purchased a tune directly from PBD or an authorized PBD dealer. 

2)Referral Code Usage:

Each participant will receive a unique coupon code to share with potential new customers.
The code provides a $50 discount for new customers on their first tune purchase and gives the referrer $50 in store credit.

3) Private Sharing Only:

Posting your referral code publicly, whether on forums, social media, or any other platform, is strictly prohibited.
If your code is found posted in public spaces, you will be disqualified from the referral program immediately.

4)Store Credit Details:

Store credit earned through the referral program has no expiration date and can be applied to any future purchases, including tuning, parts, and accessories. Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5)Referral Limitations:

New customers can only use one referral code per tune purchase.
Referrers can earn unlimited store credit as long as the program remains in effect.

6)Program Duration:

The program will run until further notice. Palm Beach Dyno reserves the right to modify or end the referral program at any time without prior notice.

7)Disqualification and Violations:

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the program, including publicly sharing your code, will result in immediate disqualification from the program.
In the event of disqualification, all pending and previously earned store credits will be forfeited.
