Returns

No refunds will be given on tuning after the first file is sent.

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of the product and ONLY if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued.

All returns must be brand new and in their original, unopened packaging.

Special order items are not eligible for return.

Palm Beach Dyno reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization. Returns will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt (not including weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered).

If a free shipping item is returned, the outbound shipping will be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping as well.

All orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee when paying by credit card or Paypal.

Custom orders which are cancelled will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
