Now available directly through our website, this transmission package is the same proven solution we install in-house at Palm Beach Dyno.

Two Convenient Options:

Option 1: Send In Your Transmission
Ship us your 10R60 core and we’ll build it with our RSA Stage 1 upgrade.

Important Notes:

Your transmission will undergo a full inspection before assembly.
If any additional hard parts (gears, shafts, drums, etc.) are worn or damaged, we’ll contact you with a parts quote before proceeding.
You are responsible for shipping the transmission to us on a secure pallet suitable for return shipping.
Return shipping can be arranged by you or by us—we’ll invoice you accordingly.

Option 2: Purchase a Brand New Built Transmission
Skip the downtime and receive a brand-new RSA-built 10R60 ready to install.

Optional Core Refund:

You will be charged a core fee of $3500
If you choose to send us your stock 10R60 core, you may be eligible for a core refund.
The returned unit must pass inspection. If additional parts are needed to bring it to rebuildable condition, the cost will be deducted from your core refund.
Core must be shipped on a suitable pallet. Return shipping is your responsibility or can be arranged through us.

Tuning Support: We strongly recommend pairing this transmission with custom calibration to fully optimize performance and reliability.
Application Compatibility: Fits 2020 - 2025 Explorer, Aviator, and other 10R80-equipped platforms. Contact us for fitment confirmation.

All transmissions are subject to inspection before assembly or refund processing. Additional parts costs are not included in the base price and will be quoted if needed. Transmission orders are non-refundable once build work has begun.
