You don't need to be in Florida to get a Palm Beach Dyno tune. You send us a datalog, we send back a calibration built for your car, your fuel, and your mods — the same files and the same tuner that go into cars on our own dyno.
Remote Trackside Support
We're on call while you're at the track
Book a Remote Trackside Support Session before your event. On race day we're standing by. You make a pass, send the log, and we review it and send an update. You install it and go again.
It works for drag racing, road racing, and standing-mile events like the Texas Mile or a half-mile. You get more than tune revisions: how to make the car leave better, power management, and what the data is actually telling you. Think of us as your remote crew chief.
- Book at least 48 hours ahead — schedule it in the Control Center (fastest, and how we prefer to take bookings), or call 561.571.1173.
- Purchase the session once your date is confirmed.
- Make a pass and send the log to your support ticket.
- We review it and send an update — then you go again.
Support Levels
Three levels of support
The tuning process is identical at every level — full datalogging, revision after revision, until the car is dialed in at wide-open throttle and part throttle. What changes is the support that comes with it. Pick the one that matches how much you plan to change the car.

Which one actually fits?
Premium Plus is double the price of Premium — for 3.5× the trackside sessions, unlimited updates instead of two, and a phone line seven days a week. If you go to the track more than twice a year, or you know you're not done modifying the car, Premium Plus is the cheaper way to do it. If the car is finished and you're not chasing a number, Standard is genuinely all you need. We'd rather tell you that now than sell you support you won't use.

Every tune runs on datalogs. Reading one has always meant a Windows laptop and a copy of VCM Scanner — which is fine in the garage and useless in the staging lanes.
AllDataLogs opens an HP Tuners log in a browser. Any browser, including the one in your pocket. There is no other way to open an HP Tuners log on a phone.
Every Premium and Premium Plus membership includes a free AllDataLogs account for as long as you're a member. On its own it's $4.99 a month, or $49 a year — so it covers about 10% of a Premium membership before you count a single session or update.
The BigData viewer
Our log viewer, built here, and unlike anything else in the industry. Open any log, lay out the channels you care about, save your views and gauges — free for every customer.
Members also get the Pro tools: compare two logs side by side, add a time slip, add lap times, overlay Dragy data, and build your own custom dashboards. Standard customers get all of it free for 30 days after their tune is finished.
PBD TechLine
Our own AI tech line — trained on our tuning documentation, our product catalog and years of our own shop history, not on the internet at large. Ask it about your device, your fuel, an install step or an error code and it answers from what we actually know.
Unlimited for members. Everyone else gets 5 hours free in the 30 days after their tune is finished.
No surprises
What "free updates" actually means
Every tune includes fine-tuning until the car is running the way it should. That's part of the tuning process at every level, and it is never billed separately.
An update is a different thing — it's a new file because you changed something. New intake, different exhaust, a switch to E85, or a new feature we've released since your tune was built.

Custom Tune
For naturally aspirated and EcoBoost vehicles. Your file is built for your mods and is usually right out of the box. You're welcome to send a datalog and we'll review it as a safety check.
Advanced Remote Tuning
The full-service process for power adder cars and serious naturally aspirated combinations. Extensive datalogging, revision after revision, until the car is dialed in at wide-open throttle and part throttle.
This is the service with the three support levels above.
