Using your RTD and TDN (Tune Delivery Network)

USING TDN NETWORK- ( IF USING MPVI2+ or RTD use this)

Attached at the bottom of this article is a guide to initializing your TDN app for your Android or iOS device.

Be sure to use the correct instructions according to your operating system.

This will be the only way to tune using MPVI2+

USING LAPTOP- RTD ONLY

How to save your stock file using the RTD device

First time users may have an issue connecting to theRTDdevice. In the event you do, you will need to download and install the drivers from HP Tuners for the"MPVI2/RTD".

To do this, Use the drivers link >Drivers, and click on"Download MPVI2 Drivers"which are the same as theRTD. After the download is complete, open the file to install the drivers.


Download and install - RTD Flasher

DO NOTuse the RTD flasher that comes on the USB stick. It is an outdated version.


Download RTD flasher from the link below,

The software will start to download immediately and follow all prompts to install.

Using the RTD Flasher software

  1. Connect the RTD Interface to your computer
  2. Open up the RTD Flasher software
  3. Under the"Help"tab, select MPVI2 Verification Code. Keep this code
  4. Sync the device by going to“Help”in the top menu and select"Resync Interface". This will apply the Credits if you purchased them with the device. You will need a internet connection for this step.

Saving your stock file.

  1. Connect the RTD Interface to your OBDII port and to your computer.
  2. Open up the RTD Flasher software. Turn on the vehicle in accessory mode but do not start it. Under"Flash"in the menu select "Read Vehicle". This can take up to 20 minutes and may require an internet connection.
  3. Save the stock file and email it to us along with your order number.
